I. Introduction:
The Z941F46 electric fluorine-lined gate valve is a common on-off valve. It uses a wedge-shaped gate sealed on both sides to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. Wedge gate valves are not allowed to be slightly opened and used as throttling devices in the pipeline, so as to avoid accelerated damage to the sealing surface due to erosion by high-speed flowing medium. FEP (F46) and PCTFE (F3) fluorine-lined gate valves are suitable for pipelines handling aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, various organic acids, strong acids, strong bases, and strong oxidants at concentrations ranging from -50℃ to 150℃. FEP is also suitable for pipelines handling strong bases, organic solvents, and other corrosive gases and liquid media at various concentrations. II. Features:
1. The valve body has two shapes: flat and round. GB valves adopt a round body; for ANSI class valves, DN≤300Lb adopts a flat body, and DN≥400Lb adopts a round body. All parts that directly contact the medium, such as the inner cavity of the valve body and valve cover, and the outer surface of the gate and valve stem, are fully lined with fluoroplastics such as FEP (F46);
2. The sealing pair is composed of FPF (F46)/FEP (F46) or other materials, with a small friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque;
3. The packing uses standard PTFE (F4) packing, which has good sealing performance and is convenient for maintenance and replacement;
4. The elastic gate can compensate for the wedge angle deviation between the gate sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface, resulting in good fit and ideal sealing effect;
5. The medium can pass through the gate valve from either side, making it suitable for use as an on-off device in pipelines where the medium direction may change.
